Shipping Policy

** Due to the effects of Covid - 19, shipping is taking exceptionally long and we cannot guarantee shipping times.

We ship via USPS

Order are subject 1-4 days processing time

Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days

Orders $150 or more receive free shipping

Western Wisco is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit. Nor are we responsible for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery. You will need to contact your local post office or mail delivery service to track orders or to file a claim. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please review our Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item(s) back:

Need to make a return? No worries, we are more than happy to help you with that! We can accept returns on all qualifying items within 15 days of the delivery date! Please email westernwisco@gmail.com to start a return.

  • Any item eligible for return may be returned and refunded the purchase minus the return shipping label. 

  • Must be in new, unused condition with tag still attached. 

  • Must be received within 15 days from the delivery date.

 Items not eligible for returns:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges on any and all sale items, this includes any item that has a promotional or seasonal discount, final few, final sale, semi annual sales, side wide discount code sales. Sale dates and discounts are non transferable.

  • For sanitary purposes all jewelry, hats, bodysuits and short rompers.

  • Any liquid item, lotions etc.

  • Any items that has been worn, used, washed or has any make up, odors or any other damage.

  • Gift Cards

If any item is returned and appears to have been worn, damaged, makeup/deodorant, animal hair, smelling of fragrances/cigarettes, tags removed or received after 15 days from delivery date or any sale item, they will not be accepted and you will be responsible to pay shipping to receive merchandise back.

Please include your name and order number and the reason for the return on the Thank You card sent with the order. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days and a email notification will be sent.

Western Wisco will not assume responsibility for any items damages, lost or stolen during shipment. All claims on lost, stolen or damaged products must be filed with the customers local USPS.

​

Western Wisco is not responsible for any wear or damage to items after they have been worn or used. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if there is anything wrong with the item, after 3 days we can not compensate or replace for any damage merchandise.

Closed on Sundays & some Holidays
